Refund policy
We happily send replacements or refunds for lost or damaged Piñatagrams.
Replacements are free of charge if there have been no tracking updates in transit within 15 business days OR if the Piñatagram damage is unsalvageable. We do not send replacements out for damage caused to packaging or plastic poly wrapping only. We process every replacement order with the same shipping option that was selected for the original order.
To be eligible for a refund or replacement, orders must be lost for a minimum of 15 business days with no tracking updates OR if the Piñatagram damage is unsalvageable. Although we are always willing to help, we do not give full refunds or send replacements for orders that are processed as "Return to Sender" or for orders with invalid/incomplete shipping information. No refund is going to be given for orders placed after a three month time period due to a lack of tracking references and inability to verify delivery.
Shipping Warranty:
Shipping Warranty covers 100% of all expenses arising from shipping issues. Whether it's damaged goods, lost deliveries, or incorrect shipping details, warranty guarantees that you're fully protected from any unforeseen circumstances during transit. Without Shipping Warranty, we will not give refunds for orders placed and delivered with incorrect shipping information, but are happy to offer an 80% discount to reorder a new Piñatagram.
As a safety precaution, we recommend not eating any of the candy or filling if a Piñatagram has damage to where the body is ripped open or looks like it has been tampered with. In this instance, we will send a replacement or give a refund based on our customer's preferences.
