It's Your Birthday Piñatagram

Love the Piñatagrams concept - it's a great present for pretty much anybody :) my kids loved theirs and I bet yours will too!

I made an error and did not enter the correct shipping address. I realized it immediately and sent an email within 5 minutes. I included the order number and the correct shipping address. The order did not ship for several days, leaving plenty of time for the order to be corrected but it was not. It shipped to me instead of our grandson. I understand that the mistake was mine but I’m disappointed in customer service not responding to the email. I did try calling in hopes of speaking directly to someone but the phone message directed me to send an email.
