Have Questions About Sending Your Piñatagram? You’ve come to the right place.

 

What is a Piñatagram?

Piñatagrams are miniature piñatas (12”x 8”) that arrives pre-filled with delicious candy, your personalized message and is sent in the mail to make someone’s day--smiles guaranteed. 

Every Piñatagram is shipped separately, so if you place an order of two or more items within on order they will be shipped separately. 

 

When will my order arrive?

We fulfill and ship every order out the next business day (Monday-Friday) after the order is placed. Our delivery timeframes begin after the package is handed over to our mailing carriers. If you place an order on Friday, our team will ship the order out next Monday. National shipping holidays and situations outside of our control may affect these timeframes. 

  

What kind of candy is inside a Piñatagram?

Piñatagrams are filled with a mixture of quality candy such as Starbursts, Skittles, Airheads, Dum Dums, Double Bubble Gum, and Tootsie Rolls.

Do you have candy free options?

Yes! We are now partnered with Realsy to provide a healthier, candy free option for you. Realsy strives to provide nutritionally dense and delicious nut butter-filled medjool dates to people who believe food should be how nature really intended.

Incorrect shipping information:

If your order has been placed, but your shipping information needs to be changed (prior to order fulfillment), send an email to support@pinatagrams.com. This email MUST include:

*Orders are fulfilled one business day after the order is placed. In order to correct shipping information, the email needs to be sent as quickly as possible. Once your order has been fulfilled, we are not able to make these changes. 

 

What is Shipping Warranty? 

Shipping Warranty allows peace of mind and covers 100% of all expenses arising from shipping issues. Whether it's damaged goods, lost deliveries, or incorrect shipping details, warranty guarantees that you're fully protected from any unforeseen circumstances during transit.

Shipping Warranty is an additional $3.99 per Piñatagram. Shipping Warranty may not be applied to any order after fulfillment has been made and can be non-refundable in certain circumstances.

    

Can I buy or ship outside of the U.S.?

We can ship out of country to APO/FPO addresses only with our Standard Shipping option. We are not able to ship any other order outside of the U.S. at this time. We hope to offer this one day. 

 

Can I ship multiple Piñatagrams to different locations? 

You will have to create separate orders for each Piñatagram if the locations are different. If the location is the same for all orders, feel free to create one order with different messages included. Please note that each Piñatagram is shipped individually and might get delivered at different times within the shipping time frame. 

 

Do I have to smash the Piñatagram?

Not at all! What's unique and awesome about Piñatagrams is that there is a flap on the back side of the piñata for you to retrieve your candy instead of having to smash it. We have found that many people choose to proudly display or keep their Piñatagram forever due to the incredible amount of cuteness they possess. 

Please be aware that our Piñatagrams are miniature, which means they are a lot more durable than regular sized piñatas. Extra force might have to be applied in order for it to be destroyed. 

 

How can I track my order?

We will email you a tracking number when your order is fulfilled. Tracking may vary depending on your mailing carrier. Please contact support@pinatagrams.com if your package seems to be lost or delayed past the promised shipping timeframe.

 

Whose shipping address do I enter at checkout?

Unless you enjoy sending awesome surprise gifts to yourself, please be sure that the BILLING address is yours and the SHIPPING address is the intended recipient’s. 

 

Whose email address do I enter at checkout?

Don’t ruin the surprise! Enter YOUR email address at checkout so we don’t send your order confirmation and tracking number to the wrong person.  

 

Where do I enter the personalized message?

When you get to the product page, type away in the text box. Say “Thank You”, “Happy Birthday”, “I Love You”, or practically anything in the text box provided. We will leave the poetry to you, though we do suggest keeping with the positive vibe that our Piñatagrams are sending out. (Piñatagrams reserves the right to refuse sending violent and threatening messages.)

 

How do I cancel my order?

Our Support Team would be happy to cancel any order BEFORE our team fulfills and ships out your order. Make sure to email support@pinatagrams.com if you are needing to cancel an order. Please note that once a Piñatagrams is in transit, we will not able to cancel or refund the delivery. 

 

Where will my personalized message appear?

 Your personalized message will be conveniently located on the inside of the Piñatagram's shipping box near the piñatas front legs. Each personalized message will match the design that's on the front of the box. 

 

Do the piñatas get damaged during shipping?

These little guys are tough, but we know sometimes stuff happens. In the rare event that there is visible damage to the structure of the Piñatagram, a photo and details of the damage must be sent to support@pinatagrams.com. Our team will do our best to make things right!

 

How are Piñatagrams shipped?

Every Piñatagram comes inside of our custom shipping boxes, which proudly shows the Piñatagram in all of its glory. These boxes provide amazing durability and protection to every Piñatagram, so that you don't have to worry about damage during transit. 

 

How can I receive a full refund for my order? 

Under the rare occurrence that something happens to your order, we are happy to give refunds for for the following issues:

To request a refund due to damage please email support@pinatagrams.com within 3 days of the delivery date with your order number and photos of the damaged piñatagram / packaging. 

To request a full refund due to non delivery please email us 3 business days after tracking has failed to update and the gift has not been received.

When a refund is granted you can expect it to process within 3 business days.

Product returns are handled on a case by base basis and the customer is required to pay for the return shipping and a $10 restocking fee.

Please know that we are not obligated to give refunds due to incorrect shipping information. If this issue occurs, we will gladly help as much as we can to send out a replacement at discounted price if desired.
